Nusrat Nur Maisha is a trailblazer in the truest sense of the word–she not only studied engineering, but is working alongside some of the greatest minds in our engineering sector. While Maisha’s parents initially did not expect her to want to be an engineer, they always encouraged her to be the best in her field, no matter what she did. As a structural engineer, she ventured into the field working for Professor Shamim Z. Boshunia’s firm. Till date, she has structurally designed over 200 projects; and currently also mentors other young women willing to become better in the field of engineering.
